Returns and Refunds

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online or in store (except Sale items) between 10 October and 24 December 2024 can be returned as late as 26 January 2025.

For purchases made from 25 December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned to us in the condition in which it was received.

Please Note: Personalised and customised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Postage is not refunded. All items are returned at your own risk so we recommend obtaining proof of posting or using a recorded postal service.

IMPORTANT - Please include the following when returning any item:

Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, reason for return, and details of any exchange required.
