1. Where are your products made?

All our products are hand-printed in the UK with care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on quality and supporting local production.

2. Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Many of our products, including bags and accessories, can be personalised with names, initials, or custom text. Personalisation options are listed on each product page.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Personalised items may take slightly longer. If you need your order quickly please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU. Postage to other countries is calculated at checkout, and buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply.

5. What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-personalised items in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.

6. Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Jess and Tilly products make thoughtful, practical gifts for dog owners and dog lovers. We can even include gift notes—just leave a message at checkout.

7. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for selected products and bulk discounts for events or clubs. Please contact us for more details.
